Sahib Khurana has been working as a Realtor with Initia Real Estate in Edmonton, AB since 2021.

He came to Canada as an international student in 2011 and did his associate degree in Electromechanical Engineering Technician from Fanshawe College, London, ON. He moved to Edmonton in mid of 2014 where he started working for a reputed property management company and from there his interest in Real Estate began.

Sahib was always curious about buying and selling properties and this turned into his passion. He loves helping clients find their perfect home whether it's their first home or an investment property.

He also has a keen interest in the process of building new houses with new technology and always visits local builders to see what they are bringing to the table which could benefit his clients and also the environment.
